Notice of Meeting Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to PA 110 of 2006, the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of Jamestown Charter Township will deliberate the following variance applications on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at the Township Hall located at 2380 Riley Street, Jamestown, Michigan.
The application received is as follows:
1. A request from Kurt DeKock, interested party at 1956 8th Ave., also known as permanent parcel 70-18-24-300-027 for a variance to allow for a parcel with substandard width. This variance would provide for relief from Section 6.5.A.4, Lot Width and Area Requirements within the AR Agricultural- Rural Residential District.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Township Hall during regular business hours.
This meeting is intended to provide an opportunity for Township residents and interested citizens to express their opinions, ask questions, and discuss all aspects of the request. Those unable to attend the public hearing are invited to submit written comments to the attention of the Zoning Administrator at the Township Hall address cited above. All written comments must be received by no later than 4:00p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022
