This is for the purpose of considering the following application:
A request from Fred Rozema Jr. of 4392 Happy Hollow Dr.,also known as permanent parcel 70-18-01-275-006, for a variance to allow a front yard setback of 20’ feet for a detached garage addition. This variance would provide for relief from Section 8.4.A.1.Front Yard Requirements within the R-2 Residential District.
