This is for the purpose of considering the following application:
A request from Quincy Street Ventures, LLC located at 250 Quincy Street also known as permanent parcel 70-18-12-200-001, for an Ordinance Interpretation. This interpretation is an appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to require a financial contribution to Jamestown Charter Township for a bicycle path pursuant to Sections 3.24, 3.29 and other applicable sections of the Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Ordinance.
