A request from Mark Goorhouse of 195 Riley Street also known as permanent parcel 70-18-12-400-022, for a variance to construct an accessory building that will contain farm animals ten (10) feet from a side property line instead of the required seventy five (75) feet. This variance would provide relief from Section 3.5 b of the Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Ordinance.
