Notice of Meeting Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals
Variance Request
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to PA 110 of 2006, the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of Jamestown Charter Township will deliberate the following variance applications on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 6:00p.m., at the Township Hall located at 2380 Riley Street, Jamestown, Michigan.
The application received is as follows:
- A request from GSB Ventures, LLC / c/o Jim Boerigter located at 4182 Royal Court, also known as permanent parcel 70-18-05-300-038 for a variance to not be required to install concrete curb and gutter at the existing pavement edges. Variance is in relief of Section 15.6E
- A request from KM Jamestown, LLC located at 2361 Riley Street, also known as permanent parcel 70-18-10-360-037 for a dimensional variance to construct an attached garage seven (7) feet from the side (east) property line instead of the required minimum of fifteen (15) feet. Variance is in relief of Section 10.4 A 2.
- All other business that comes before the Zoning Board of Appeals.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Township Hall during regular business hours.
