This Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting is for the purpose of considering the following applications:
- A request from Royal Technologies of 3590 Quincy Street also known as permanent parcel 70-18-08-200-037, for a variance on Wall Sign Square footage for placement of a 296 square foot wall sign where a maximum size of 139 square foot is permitted by Township Ordinance. This variance would provide relief from Section 24.15 B. of the Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Ordinance.
- A request from Pamela Nickels of 83 Perry Street also known as permanent parcel 70-18-24-400-009, for a variance to construct an attached garage eighteen (18) feet from the rear property line instead of the required minimum of seventy- five (75) feet. This variance would provide relief from Section 6.4 A 4 of the Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Ordinance.
