This Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting is for the purpose of considering the following applications:
• A request from Rapidtek Industries of 3825 Central Parkway, also known as permanent parcel 70-18-08-230-004, for a variance to allow a front yard setback of sixty seven (67) instead of the required seventy five (75) feet. This variance would provide for relief from Section 14.5 D.2: Front Yard Requirements within the I-2 Planned Industrial District.
• A request from Todd & Lisa Dornbush of 635 28th Ave. also known as permanent parcel 70-18-33-100-019, for a variance to construct an accessory building that will contain horses twenty five (25) feet from a side property line instead of the required seventy five (75) feet. This variance would provide relief from Section 3.5 b of the Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Ordinance.
