To consider an Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for MFP Automation Engineering in an Industrial Development District
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Township Board of the Charter Township of Jamestown, Ottawa County, Michigan, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 5(2) of the Plant Rehabilitation and Industrial Development Districts Law of 1974, being Michigan Public Act 198 of 1974, on Monday, April 15th 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or later, at the Township Hall located at 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, MI 49426.
At the hearing, the Township Board will consider a request from MFP Automation Engineering, whose 8.84-acre site located at 4400 Central Parkway in Jamestown Township, Ottawa County is designated an Industrial Development District under the provisions of Act 198 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1974, to have issued to it an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, pursuant to said Act. An Application has been filed with the Charter Township of Jamestown for the benefits available pursuant to said Act, and a copy of the Application may be reviewed at the Township Hall on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and at the public hearing.
All interested persons shall have the opportunity to be heard. The Township Board shall consider any written communication received on the request and shall provide full opportunity for the expression of opinion, argument on the merits, and introduction of documentary evidence pertinent to the request prior to the Township Board acting upon such Application.

To consider a request for a one-year extension to the construction completion period and an amended Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for Royal Technologies Corporation in an Industrial Development District.

An Application has been filed with the Charter Township of Jamestown for the benefits available pursuant to said Act, and a copy of the Application may be reviewed at the Township Hall on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and at the public hearing.
