NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
JAMESTOWN CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
TO: CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF JAMESTOWN, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., local time, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Jamestown, Ottawa County, Michigan, at the Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, to hear and consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Map of the Charter Township of Jamestown.

The map amendment proposes to change that portion of land located in the Charter Township of Jamestown that is described and currently zoned as the AR Agricultural Rural Residential Zoning District and the C-1 Village Commercial Zoning District to the R-2 Residential Zoning District. The property is located west of 24th Avenue and south of Riley Street and is described as:

Any person interested in this matter may appear at such hearing in person or by agent or attorney. The tentative map amendment may be examined by any person at the Jamestown Township Hall. Written comments concerning this matter may be filed prior to the hearing with the Jamestown Charter Township Clerk, Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, (Phone 616-896-8376), between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
