NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
JAMESTOWN CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
TO: CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF JAMESTOWN, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., local time, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Jamestown, Ottawa County, Michigan, at the Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, to hear and consider the following Tentative Preliminary Plat application for Waterton Station Phase 2, and a special use application.
Section 1
The tentative preliminary plat application for Waterton Station Phase 2 seeks to establish 26 single family residential lots, public streets, sidewalks, and related infrastructure, on parcel number 70-18-10-100-001. The property is located on the north side of Greenly Street, east of 24th Avenue.
Section 2
A Special Use application from Kenneth and Dianne Schantz to construct an accessory building in front of the dwelling (in the front yard) at 3070 16th Avenue. The property is located on the east side of 16th Avenue, south of Riley Street.
Section 3
Any person interested in these matters may appear at such hearing in person or by agent or attorney. The tentative preliminary plat application and the special use application may be examined by any person at the Jamestown Charter Township Hall. Written comments concerning these matters may be filed prior to the hearing with the Jamestown Charter Township Clerk, Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, (Phone 616-896-8376), between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
