PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fire Department Liaison Committee (referred to as the “Fire Board”) of the Charter Township of Jamestown (the “Township”) will hold a special meeting of the Fire Board on Thursday, March 7, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Jamestown Township Hall, located at 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, MI 49426, within the Township, to meet in closed session with the Township legal counsel to consider material exempt from disclosure under Michigan’s Freedom of Information Act and to consider any other items that may come before the Fire Board.

All interested persons may attend the special meeting. Proposed minutes of the special meeting of the Fire Board will be available for public inspection not more than eight business days after the special meeting. Approved minutes of the Fire Board meeting will be available for public inspection at the Township Hall not later than five business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved by the Fire Board.
