NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
JAMESTOWN CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
TO: CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF JAMESTOWN, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, November 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., local time, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Charter Township of Jamestown, Ottawa County, Michigan, at the Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, to hear and consider the Final Development Plan for the Waterton Station Planned Development.

The proposed Final Development Plan and map amendment (rezoning) for Waterton Station seeks to establish a 446-unit residential development, a Senior Living Area which will contain a 70 room assisted living facility and 46 units of Independent Living space, open space, sidewalks, storm water detention, public streets, private streets, and related infrastructure in the Planned Development Zoning District. Any person interested in this matter may appear at such hearing in person or by agent or attorney. The tentative Final Development Plan may be examined by any person at the Jamestown Township Hall. Written comments concerning this matter may be filed prior to the hearing with the Jamestown Charter Township Clerk, Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, (Phone 616-896-8376), between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
