Public Hearing Notice

To consider establishing an Industrial Development District for GSB Ventures, LLC located at 4182 & 4130 Royal Court, Hudsonville, Michigan 49464

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Township Board of the Charter Township of Jamestown, Ottawa County, Michigan, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 4 of the Plant Rehabilitation and Industrial Development Districts Law of 1974, being Michigan Public Act 198 of 1974, on Monday, March 11, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or later, at the Township Hall located at 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, MI 49426.

At the hearing, the Township Board will consider a request from GSB Ventures, LLC to have established as an Industrial Development District under the provisions of Act 198 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1974, a total parcel area of approximately 5.86 acres of property in Jamestown Charter Township, comprised of the following two (2) parcels of land:
