The Clerk’s Office will be open to issue and/or receive absentee ballots and register new voters for the Tuesday, March 10, 2019 Presidential Primary Election.

On Wednesday, March 11, 2020, the Assessor's Board of Review meets with any property owner who would like his or her assessment to be reviewed further. A Public Organizational meeting is scheduled for 8-9am, with taxpayers meetings commencing at 9am. To schedule your meeting, call the township office at (616) 896-8376.

Due to public health concerns and in accordance with Executive Orders No. 2020-21 and 2020-27, the Public Accuracy Tests will be broadcast via Facebook Live at Ottawa County Clerk/Register of Deeds (@OCClerkRegister) on April 14th at 2pm.
