As a write-in candidate for a Precinct Delegate position, you must file the Precinct Delegate Write-In Candidate Declaration of Intent form with the Jamestown Charter Township Clerk no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2018.

As an alternative, you may file this form with your precinct’s chairperson on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, any time prior to the close of the polls.
