Permanent Absent Voter List
Jamestown Township maintains a Permanent Absent Voter (AV) List. If you would like an “Application for an Absentee Ballot” automatically mailed to you for every election, please contact the Clerk’s Office with your request to be added to the Permanent AV List.
In addition, if you no longer wish to be included on the the Permanent Absent Voter List, contact the Clerk’s Office to be removed.

With the passing of Proposal 3 in November 2018, voters are no longer required to provide a reason to obtain an absent Voter ballot.
Contact the Clerk’s Office if you need to obtain an Application for an Absent Voter’s Ballot.
