DESCRIPTION:Notice of Meeting Jamestown Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals                     \nVariance Request \nNotice is hereby given that pursuant to PA 110 of 2006\, the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act\, the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of Jamestown Charter Township will deliberate the following variance applications on Tuesday\, April 25\, 2023\, at 6:00 p.m.\, at the Township Hall located at 2380 Riley Street\, Jamestown\, Michigan. \nThe application received is as follows: \n\nA request from Jason Meyer of 2926 Rocoway Drive\, also known as permanent parcel 70-18-15-276-001\, for a variance to allow an eaves height that is taller than permitted by ordnance for a detached accessory building.  This variance would provide for relief from Section 3.2 J Eaves height within the R-1 Residential District.\n\nA copy of the application is available for review at the Township Hall during regular business hours. \nThis meeting is intended to provide an opportunity for Township residents and interested citizens to express their opinions\, ask questions\, and discuss all aspects of the request. Those unable to attend the public hearing are invited to submit written comments to the attention of the Zoning Administrator at the Township Hall address cited above. All written comments must be received by no later than 4:00p.m. on Tuesday\, April 25th\, 2023. \nIf any resident has a physical disability which may limit his/her participation in this hearing\, please notify the Township Hall at least five (5) days prior to the hearing so that reasonable accommodations may be made.
