NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
JAMESTOWN CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
TO: CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF JAMESTOWN, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, June 17, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., local time, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Charter Township of Jamestown, Ottawa County, Michigan, at the Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, to hear and consider the Final Development Plan for 24 West Planned Development.
The proposed Final Development Plan seeks to establish 24 duplex family residential units, open space, storm water detention, private drives, and related infrastructure. The property is located on the south side of Quincy Street west of 24th Avenue, at approximately 2550 Quincy Street and is legally described as follows:

Any person interested in this matter may appear at such hearing in person or by agent or attorney. The tentative Final Development Plan may be examined by any person at the Jamestown Township Hall. Written comments concerning this matter may be filed prior to the hearing with the Jamestown Charter Township Clerk, Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, (Phone 616-896-8376), between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
