NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
JAMESTOWN CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
TO: CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF JAMESTOWN, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., local time, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Jamestown, Ottawa County, Michigan, at the Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, to hear and consider the following special use application and conditional rezoning request.
A Special Use application from Francisco Martinez to operate a home occupation in a portion of the existing accessory building located next to the dwelling at 280 24th Avenue, parcel number 70-18-34-400-005. The property is located on the east side of 24th Avenue, south of Mason Street.
A conditional rezoning request from Bosch Architecture, on behalf of SoundOff Signal, to conditionally rezone a portion of parcel number 70-18-08-200-033 to the I-2 Zoning District to establish a parking lot and truck dock for the industrial use located at 3900 Central Parkway. The parcel is currently in the C-2 General Commercial and M-6 and 32nd Avenue Overlay Zoning Districts, located on the west side of 32nd Avenue, south of Quincy Street.
Any person interested in these matters may appear at such hearing in person or by agent or attorney. The special use application and conditional rezoning request may be examined by any person at the Jamestown Charter Township Hall. Written comments concerning these matters may be filed prior to the hearing with the Jamestown Charter Township Clerk, Jamestown Charter Township Hall, 2380 Riley Street, Hudsonville, Michigan, 49426, (Phone 616-896-8376), between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
